MoRa pieces are made to order by independent makers. The details below explain what to expect after you place an order.

Production and delivery

Production starts after your order is accepted. Timing varies by product, maker, shipping service, and destination. We will send updates to the email used at checkout and provide tracking when it becomes available. If your order contains pieces made by different makers, they may arrive separately.

Available shipping services, rates, and destinations appear at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and may change because of quality checks, carrier delays, weather, customs, or other events outside our control.

Changes and cancellations

Please review the product, size, color, and address carefully before ordering. If you need a change, email raghudeep.g@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will try to help, but changes or cancellations are not guaranteed after production begins.

Returns and exchanges

Because each item is made specifically for your order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, preference, or an incorrectly selected size or color once production has begun.

Damaged, incorrect, or not-as-described items

Inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Please wait for return instructions before mailing anything.

Eligible orders are protected by the applicable satisfaction guarantee: if a product is not as described or is delayed, a full refund is available. We will coordinate the claim and resolution with our fulfillment partner for you.

Refund timing

Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the credit. Original shipping charges and customs duties are not refundable unless the item was damaged, incorrect, not as described, or otherwise covered by the satisfaction guarantee.
